You needn’t worry of calling each individual banks to cancel your cards. With just a single call to us, we are able to offer you the peace of mind and worry less.

We will also help provide emergency travel, hotel and cash assistance to ensure you are not stranded after losing your cards, your wallet or your handbag and ensure that your life continues smoothly and you continue to be free of worries.

    When you realize that your wallet is missing, it's a race against time to have all your cards stopped immediately. With CPP Card Protection Premier, all it takes is ONE call to our customer service team and they will take care of the rest for you. We will provide you with all the benefits you need to take your worries away. And if your cards are lost or stolen, we will contact your card issuers to have your lost cards cancelled within minutes. So no matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy total peace of mind.

  • What does my membership cover?

    A summary of all the benefits you are entitled to are contained in the Terms and Conditions.

  • How long is the membership period?

    Your membership runs continuously for one year from the membership effective date.

  • How can I purchase a membership?

    Register your interest.

  • How do I renew my membership?

    Six weeks prior to the expiry date of your membership, we will send you a reminder letter advising that your membership is due for renewal. We will take payment from the same credit card as in the initial membership unless otherwise advised by you to debit an alternate.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    When you first purchase the Membership, you have a 14 days grace period where you can cancel the Membership and receive a refund if no claims have been made. After this period, no refunds will be made.
  • How do I register my card numbers?

    There are 2 options for registering your card details.

  • Why do I need to register my card numbers?

    By doing so, we will be able to cancel your lost cards even faster to avoid any fraudulent use.

  • Will the information I provide be secure?

    We have been awarded the latest and most stringent internationally recognized security certification - ISO27001 which means that you can have the assurance our systems are safe and your information is as secure as humanly possible.

  • If I lose my cards, how do I report the lost?

    As soon as you have discovered the loss, you should call our lost and stolen card hotline on+603 2168 5678 as soon as possible to report your lost cards. We will then contact your card issuers immediately to cancel your cards.

  • If I am abroad and I find that my wallet, travel tickets and passport have been stolen, what should I do?

    When you discover the items are missing, immediately call our lost and stolen card hotline on +603 2168 5678. Our professional trained agents will be able to guide you through the whole process. Our first priority will be to cancel the lost cards. We will then advise you how and where to receive a replacement passport. Finally, we will assist in the re-issuing of travel tickets so that you may return home.

  • How can I pay for my hotel expenses

    You should inform us that you would like assistance with the hotel payment. We will then liaise with the hotel and advance the expenses to pay the hotel directly.

  • How do I make a claim?

    Should you ever need to make a claim, please complete the claim form to us. The form needs to be completed with as much detail as possible and then returned to us with original documents for processing. 

  • Is there any time period limitation for submitting a claim?

    All claims must be received within 60 days from the date of card loss. Please remember to include all the documents that we ask for, including original receipts (not photocopies) for any expenses claimed for. We will not be able to process your claim until we have received them.

  • Who can I contact if I have any questions relating to my membership?

Thank you for purchasing your 12 month Card Protection Premier membership which is now available to use.  

Please note:

We will take payment for your 12-month membership.

Your membership will automatically renew every year unless you contact us before your next renewal date (shown in your membership documents) and ask us not to. We’ll contact you before your next renewal date to remind you and will advise you of the fee for renewal of your membership.

You have a right to cancel your membership up to 14 days after the start date shown in your membership documents. If you choose to cancel during this period, your membership will be cancelled immediately and we'll give you a full refund.

You will receive a welcome letter in your registered email within 7 working days.
